By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy, Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order.

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Specifications are as provided by the manufacturer. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown due to photography, lighting and screen settings.

Product specifications, availability and designs may change without notice.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown as MRP inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch the product. We may decline or cancel an order as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Products must be installed by a qualified electrician following the instructions provided, and used as intended. We are not responsible for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation, misuse, unstable power supply or unauthorised modification.

Warranty terms are described on each product page and in our Return & Refund Policy. The warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content on this website, including the GoldRay name and logo, product names, photographs, text and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
