GoldRay delivers across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Local delivery is available within Udaipur, and you are always welcome to collect your order from our showroom.

Some remote pin codes may take longer or require an alternate delivery arrangement. We will let you know before dispatch if this applies to your address.

• In-stock products are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of order confirmation.
• Customised finishes or made-to-order pieces are dispatched on the timeline shared at the time of order.
• Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control may occasionally occur, and we will keep you informed.

Any applicable shipping charges are shown before you confirm your order. Prices on our website are MRP, inclusive of all taxes.

When your order is dispatched we share the courier name and tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also call us on +91 98290 14962 for an update.

Our chandelier fans and lights are carefully packed, but transit damage can occasionally happen. Please:

• Check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting the delivery.
• Record an unboxing video. It helps us resolve any claim quickly.
• Report any damage, missing parts or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.

Every GoldRay chandelier fan includes all installation accessories and clear instructions. Installation by a qualified electrician is recommended. Our team is available to help over phone or WhatsApp, and installation support can be arranged in Udaipur and other serviceable locations.
