Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want it, you may refuse the delivery. Refunds for refused deliveries are processed after the product returns to us in its original condition, and the onward and return shipping costs may be deducted.

Orders for customised finishes, sizes or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these are made specifically for you. Any advance paid for such orders is non-refundable after production begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, if delivery to your address is not possible, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.
